President

22 Meetings of the management committee

(9) The president is to preside as chairperson at a management
committee meeting.
34 3) At each general meeting—
(a) the president is to preside as chairperson; and
(b) if there is no president or if the president is not present within 15 minutes after the time fixed for the meeting or is unwilling to act, the members present must elect 1 of their number to be chairperson of the meeting; and
(c) the chairperson must conduct the meeting in a proper and orderly way.

Secretary

16 Functions of secretary
The secretary’s functions include, but are not limited to—
(a) calling meetings of the association, including preparing notices of
a meeting and of the business to be conducted at the meeting in
consultation with the president of the association; and
(b) keeping minutes of each meeting; and
(c) keeping copies of all correspondence and other documents
relating to the association; and
(d) maintaining the register of members of the association.

Treasurer

43 General financial matters
(1) On behalf of the management committee, the treasurer must, as soon as practicable after the end date of each financial year, ensure a financial statement for its last reportable financial year is prepared.
