I think there are two approaches to website
1) buy a really cool proprietary theme and produce something fancy

2) Stick with Gutenberg and use a nice integrated set of blocks and build some patterns

The two approaches are fine

I have opted for 2 and I am experimenting with https://wordpress.org/plugins/otter-blocks/
